Site Engineer (Electronics)

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Site Engineer with a background in Electronics to oversee and manage onsite installations, commissioning, and maintenance of our systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should be flexible with working hours and ready to adapt to project needs, including extended hours, if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision and Coordination: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic systems and equipment at project sites. Ensure all site activities comply with project schedules and quality standards.

2. Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during installation and operation. Provide on-site support to resolve system/equipment issues effectively.

3. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, checklists, and site logs. Ensure proper documentation of all activities, including test reports, calibration certificates, etc.

4. Team Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Train and guide site staff or technicians as required.

5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at the site. Maintain quality assurance standards during all phases of site work.

6. Travel and Flexibility: Travel to various sites as required by the project. Be available to work extended hours, including nights or weekends, to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

· Diploma/BSc/BTech in Electronics or a related field

· Strong understanding of electronics systems, circuits, and components.

· Knowledge of electronic system installations, wiring, and troubleshooting.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

· Proficiency in using tools and testing equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Physical ability to work in different environments (indoor/outdoor) and on-site conditions.

· Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to site requirements.

· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in site engineering or relevant roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
