Site Engineer - Electrical/Civil

Role & responsibilities - Site Engineer - Civil

1-Project Execution:

• Oversee on-site activities of Civil Work, ensuring adherence to project designs, technical specifications, Mix. Design and safety standards.
• Supervise Civil construction activities, including the installation of mounting structures, Fencing, Equipment foundations etc.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and other team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Assist the Site Manager with daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of tasks.

2. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure that all on-site activities comply with project quality standards, safety norms, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections as per approved Quality Plan to ensure proper installation and system performance.
• Maintain all Cube reports and other quality documents as per Quality Plan

3. Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to the Site Manager and project stakeholders effectively.

• Supervise construction activities, including the installation of mounting structures, PV modules, inverters, and related components.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and other team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Assist the Site Manager with daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of tasks.

2. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure that all on-site activities comply with project quality standards, safety norms, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections as per approved Quality Plan to ensure proper installation and system performance.

3. Technical Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Address and resolve technical issues arising during the installation and commissioning phases.
• Support in post-commissioning maintenance activities as required.

4. Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to the Site Manager and project stakeholders effectively.

5. Monitoring of DC, AC, and Earthing Work:

• Supervise and ensure proper execution of DC, AC, and earthing-related tasks in line with project designs and standards.
