KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Designing, Detail engineering, Procurement and Services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Design Basis, Data Sheet, Specification; RFQ ,TQ/TBE/PS/VDR for items like Control &&Safeguarding Systems, Flow Meters, Emergency Shutdown Valves, Control Valves, ChokeValves, Pressure Safety Valves, HIPS System, Hydraulic ESD system, CorrossionMonitoring System, Machine /Vibration Monitoring System, Analyzers, etc.System Architecture Diagrams, Instrumentation Location and JB layouts,Instrumentation Cable tray layouts, F&&G layouts, ESD/FSD && FP layouts, InstrumentInstallation && Hook up diagrams, Cable/Tube Schedules and MTO, MCT Layouts, LevelSketches, Cable Schedules, MCT Schedule, Material Take Off ( MTO), As BuiltDocumentation etc.Experience in Electrical power system design associated with engineering of Chemicaland Petrochemical complexes starting from HT Switchyard, Transformers, MV and LVswitchboards, Emergency DG sets, Electrical distribution network, Power, Earthing,Lighting design.Experience in preparation of specifications, data sheets, technical bid analysis, review ofvendor drawings for electrical equipment.Preparation of design documents including load list, Single line diagrams, calculations ofbasic equipment like Transformer, Diesel Generator, PCC-MCC, Power && Control Cables,Battery charger, UPS etc.Detailed Engineering for Power / Lighting / earthing / Cable Tray routing etc.Brief knowledge on Protection systems Conversant with relevant Indian && International codes and standards for electricaldesign.
Experience in Coordination with engineering disciplines such as process/ mechanical/
Piping/ instrumentation and civil.Good Communication Skills (write && Speak) High Degree of Passion && Motivation.Willing to handle a wide variety of challenging team.Ability to work and collaborate across functions and within the Engineers team.
