Role & responsibilities: Close monitoring of projects on day-by-day basis & planning of the project. Responsibility to deliver project on time including billing of the project. Responsible for project level planning and coordination. Responsible for billing of RAB,s , PV bills. Responsible for project initial stage to project closing stage. Deals with Client and Sub-contractor billing and material reconciliation. Certification of sub-contractors and local vendor bill etc. Preparation of Rate Analysis for Site-Specific Items and for New Items. Preparation of Price variation bills, Quantity Variations and Non-Scheduled Items. Preparation of Tender Documents (Evaluation and Qualifying Criteria, Works Requirement, BID data Sheet, Specific Conditions of Contracts etc.) Having Good communication/association skills with Client. Study of EPC contracts, Drawings, calculation of quantities and preparation of BOQs. Preferred candidate profile: Expertise in construction management, team leadership, and GIS substation execution and 400kv,22,kv,132kv Transmission lines. Proficient in project management, site work execution, and client relationship management. Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and budgeting tools.
