About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee site-based projects in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, design evaluation, site supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a leadership-oriented role requiring coordination with clients, vendors, and team members to deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze photographs, drawings, and maps to direct projects and evaluate budget constraints
• Ensure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality
• Create and review designs using a variety of materials
• Perform and validate quantity calculations for cost and practical accuracy
• Communicate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure project cohesion
• Forecast timelines for design and construction phases
• Inspect project sites to ensure they meet codes, safety, and quality standards
• Lead site teams, assign tasks, and monitor daily progress
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, drawings, and documentation

Required Skills

• 5+ years of site execution / civil engineering experience
• Expertise in AutoCAD and quantity estimation
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and materials
• Excellent team leadership and project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects under strict timelines
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
