Site Engineer (Civil)

As a Civil Engineer with a Diploma or Degree qualification, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities to ensure that the work is carried out according to the project schedule and specifications. Your role will involve preparing detailed project plans, blueprints, and designs using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D. Additionally, you will supervise and direct site workers and subcontractors, ensuring construction activities are completed on time and within budget. You will play a crucial role in coordinating between architects, contractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution. Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction work will be part of your responsibilities. Managing on-site resources such as labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to optimize productivity and efficiency will also be key to the role. Regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of work and materials will be conducted by you, along with maintaining accurate records of site activities including daily reports, material logs, and equipment usage. Tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective project execution will be essential tasks. Taking quotations from vendors and consultants, preparing proposals, and bills will also be part of your duties. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance.
