Job Title: Site Engineer – Building Construction

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to join our Building Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading on-site execution activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors for timely material and resource availability.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports for management review.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in building construction site execution.
• Strong leadership and site management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
