The ideal candidate will oversee all architectural deliverables, coordinate with structural and site execution teams, ensure design quality, and manage client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities Review and approve all architectural drawings and deliverables. Coordinate with structural, architectural, and site execution teams to maintain design integrity. Lead and guide the design team to achieve project deadlines and quality standards. Communicate and collaborate directly with clients to understand project requirements. Ensure smooth workflow and design management across all ongoing projects. Qualifications & Experience B.Arch / M.Arch or B.E / M.E Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 15 years of overall design experience. 3–5 years of proven managerial or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, design coordination, and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design presentation tools preferred. Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (both spoken and written).
