Job Title: Site Engineer – Building Construction Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Kodambakkam About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to join our Building Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading on-site execution activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure efficient project execution. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors for timely material and resource availability. Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports for management review. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site. Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in building construction site execution . Strong leadership and site management capabilities. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
