About the Role

Civil Site Engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the

  execution of civil works

  at the site as per drawings & specifications.
• Basic building outlay using auto-level.
• Carry out

  Shutttering checks

  (line, level & plumb).
• Monitor

  RCC and Reinforcement

  works.
• Ensure quality standards and monitor work progress.
• Certify vendor bills, verify quantities, and prepare Work Order (WO) amendments.
• Manage

  project documentation

  : drawings, SOPs, DPR, WPR, checklists.
• Conduct meetings and coordinate with stakeholders (architects, consultants, vendors).
• Resolve

  technical issues

  in coordination with architects & consultants.
• Plan daily & weekly site activities as per project schedule.
• Arrange resources and materials for smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC and standard procedures.
• Submit daily reports with next-day activity planning.
  

Skills And Proficiencies

• Knowledge of

  Surveying

  ,

  Quantity Surveying (QS)

  ,

  Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)

  and

  IS Codes

  .
• Experience in

  site supervision, subcontractor handling, and billing

  .
• Working knowledge of

  AutoCAD

  and

  MS Excel

  (advantage but not compulsory).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in civil construction projects.
