About the Role We are looking for experienced Civil Site Engineers to join our execution team. This role involves site supervision, subcontractor management, QA/QC, billing, and reporting to ensure timely and quality delivery of our construction projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise the execution of civil works at the site as per drawings & specifications. Basic building outlay using auto-level. Carry out Shutttering checks (line, level & plumb). Monitor RCC and Reinforcement works. Ensure quality standards and monitor work progress. Certify vendor bills, verify quantities, and prepare Work Order (WO) amendments. Manage project documentation : drawings, SOPs, DPR, WPR, checklists. Conduct meetings and coordinate with stakeholders (architects, consultants, vendors). Resolve technical issues in coordination with architects & consultants. Plan daily & weekly site activities as per project schedule. Arrange resources and materials for smooth execution. Ensure adherence to QA/QC and standard procedures. Submit daily reports with next-day activity planning. Skills And Proficiencies Knowledge of Surveying , Quantity Surveying (QS) , Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and IS Codes . Experience in site supervision, subcontractor handling, and billing . Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel (advantage but not compulsory). Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification and Experience Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction projects. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary. TA/DA for project sites. Lodging & food provided.
