Job Description

Project Execution: Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple residential interior sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Design Interpretation: Review and interpret 2D and 3D design drawings, ensuring accurate implementation on-site. Coordination: Liaise with designers, clients, contractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and project progression. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with design plans. Material Management: Plan and manage material procurement and usage, tracking excess materials for reuse in future projects. Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are adhered to throughout the project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
