Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer – Interior/Construction Projects Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time About Us:We are a growing interior and construction firm handling premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage site execution, ensure quality work, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely execution as per drawings and project schedule. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain quality control and ensure work is carried out as per specifications and standards. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, update progress, and highlight issues. Verify measurements, manage material usage, and reduce wastage. Handle site safety measures and ensure compliance with company policies. Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and project managers. Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3-4 years of site execution experience (freshers with good knowledge can also apply). Ability to read technical drawings and handle site measurements. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel or stay in Coimbatore during the project period. Salary: Based on experience (Negotiable)
