Job Description

Project Management: Monitoring project progress and adherence to timelines and budgets. Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution. Managing material orders and deliveries. Completing site reports for construction managers. Communicating with project managers and clients. Supervision and Coordination: Managing construction personnel, including subcontractors, and delegating tasks. Ensuring workers adhere to schedules and assigned duties. Assessing worker productivity and implementing corrective action when needed. Providing on-the-job training and guidance to workers. Safety Management: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on site. Conducting site inspections to ensure a safe working environment. Quality Control: Checking the quality of completed work. Ensuring all equipment is in working order and properly maintained. Implementing corrective action to address quality issues. Communication: Communicating with workers, managers, clients, and suppliers. Attending on-site meetings and events. Reporting project progress and issues to project managers.
