Site Engineer (Apply only Maharashtra)

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Fire Protection Engineering (or related field).
• Experience: 1–5 years in construction/site engineering (industry-specific).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other engineering software.
• ality standards.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Site Engineers:

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, pumps, etc.).
• Ensure mechanical equipment meets design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and installation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and ensure preventive maintenance.

For Fire Protection Site Engineers:

• Supervise installation of fire protection systems (sprinklers, fire alarms, hydrants, suppression systems).
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, local fire codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct fire system tests and inspections, documenting results.
• Train staff on fire system operations and emergency protocols.

Common Responsibilities (All Disciplines):

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on-site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Monitor project schedules and report delays or risks to the Project Manager.
• Assist in cost control, material procurement, and inventory management.
• Conduct site meetings and provide technical guidance to junior staff.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
