Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction and implementation of various horticultural projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, supervising on-site workers, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications, and resolving any on-site issues that may arise. The role also involves ensuring safety protocols are followed and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape and horticultural design, including knowledge of plant species and their care
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Technical skills in construction and implementation of garden and landscape projects
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
• Ability to work on-site and manage physical aspects of project implementation
• A degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region or similar environments is a plus
• Proficiency with design software and tools is beneficial
