Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction and implementation of various horticultural projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, supervising on-site workers, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications, and resolving any on-site issues that may arise. The role also involves ensuring safety protocols are followed and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Qualifications Experience in landscape and horticultural design, including knowledge of plant species and their care Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders Technical skills in construction and implementation of garden and landscape projects Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions Ability to work on-site and manage physical aspects of project implementation A degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is preferred Experience in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region or similar environments is a plus Proficiency with design software and tools is beneficial
