Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Site Electrical Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience in solar and electrical project execution. The role involves managing site operations, supervising technicians, and ensuring timely and quality installation of solar and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day on-site activities for solar and electrical installations

· Supervise electrical technicians, helpers, and subcontractors

· Review and interpret technical drawings, wiring layouts, and site plans

· Ensure proper installation of LT panels, inverters, conduits, and cabling

· Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and clients

· Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

· Prepare daily work reports, material consumption logs, and handover documentation

Required Qualifications

· Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

· 3 to 4 years of relevant field/site experience in solar power systems and electrical projects

· Strong knowledge of solar panel layouts, wiring, load calculation, and electrical components

· Ability to handle field operations independently

· Familiarity with tools, safety standards, and electrical codes

· Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites as required

Preferred Skills

· Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects

· Knowledge of solar inverters, net metering, and grid synchronization

· AutoCAD or electrical design software basics (preferred)

· Good communication and leadership skills for site coordination
