Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor, and internal teams.
  • Monitor work progress and update reporting tools or logs regularly.
  • Facilitate material delivery and inventory management on-site.
  • Resolve issues or escalate them to the relevant authorities or departments.
  • Attend regular project meetings and report updates.
  • Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety on-site.
  • Ensure that tools and equipment are used properly and maintained.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Project Management / related field.
  • Proven experience (1–5 years) in a site coordination or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling software.
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and labor management.
