Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Compliance Support Analyst to support regulatory compliance activities across the organization. The role involves monitoring compliance with applicable laws & legislations, identifying and addressing gaps, and preparing comprehensive reports with actionable insights. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the organization remains aligned with regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Compliance Upload and Monitoring • Conduct monthly reviews of compliance submissions to ensure timely responses and proper documentation. •

Ensure all required documents are accurately uploaded and maintained in the compliance tool. • Share the finding with Site Compliance point of contact (SPOC).

2. Gap Assessment & Remediation • Identify issues such as inaccurate compliance responses, erroneous filings, or incomplete documentation. • Work collaboratively with responsible stakeholders to investigate root causes. • Support in tracking and follow up on remediation plans to ensure timely closure of identified non-compliances.

3. Reporting & Recommendations • Support Site Compliance SPOC in preparing monthly reports summarizing compliance performance and identified gaps. • Support periodic management reviews by providing relevant metrics and insights.

Desired Experience Qualifications and Experiences: •

A bachelors degree or higher or equivalent experience is required in Law, Compliance, or a related field. •

2–4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or internal audit roles. • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance tools. •

Understanding of industry-specific regulations and audit processes. •

Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. •

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. •

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills: • Exposure to compliance or legal risk management platforms/tools.
