About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project site. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines while coordinating with contractors, workers, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available on site as per project requirements.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and documentation.
• Manage manpower allocation and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.
• Report progress and challenges regularly to the project manager/management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
