Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Associate who can confidently engage with high-end clients, showcase our luxury services, and convert inquiries into successful sales. The candidate must have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell Oliviya Developers’ services to potential clients
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media leads
• Schedule and conduct site visits, explain project features, and pricing
• Follow up with leads, maintain CRM entries, and update sales reports regularly
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Assist clients in decision-making by offering tailored solutions and value
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing
• Represent Oliviya Developers in property exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional events

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or high ticket sales in luxury segment (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Malayalam
• Smart, well-groomed, and confident in handling premium clients
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
