Job Summary:

We are hiring an Admin cum Tele caller who will be responsible for managing front office tasks, maintaining administrative systems, and handling inbound and outbound customer calls. The candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and customer-friendly with a flair for communication.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office activities and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Maintain client records and project files in an organized format.
  • Support management in preparing letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage inventory and office supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.

Telecalling Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects, leads, and clients regarding luxury home projects.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Explain project details, pricing, and follow up on client interest.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update call records.
  • Assist the sales team in setting up site visits and client meetings.
  • Ensure polite and professional communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling/admin role (real estate experience is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented approach, and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
