Site Civil Engineer

As a Site Civil Engineer for the affordable housing project, your role will involve supervising and coordinating all civil engineering activities on the project site. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the construction of civil engineering works on the project site - Oversee Tiles Installation and Repair - Manage Carpenter Door Fixing and Door Fitting tasks - Coordinate Aluminum Frame and Glass Door / Window Fixing activities - Ensure painting inside flat, outside flat, balcony railings, and cleanliness are completed - Collaborate with contractors & customers for timely HANDOVER completion - Investigate and resolve potential issues effectively - Provide support to daily wage labor, unskilled labor, security, store incharge, and others for growth - Implement safety measures to ensure the well-being of all workers on the project site Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on site design and construction - Knowledge of local and national regulations, codes, and standards governing civil engineering works - Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for construction projects - Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team If you are a skilled Site Civil Engineer passionate about affordable housing projects, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
