Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and MIS reports.
• Ensure all execution aligns with approved drawings, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage site materials, deliveries, and inventory effectively.
• Plan weekly site targets, monitor progress, and handle on-site challenges proactively.
• Conduct measurements, snag rectifications, and client walk-throughs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English (both written and verbal).

Desired Skills & Attributes

• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, layouts, and execution processes.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and mobile reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites or teams independently.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to perform in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
