Site & Billing Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Location: Open to Travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly bills for vendors, petty contractors, and subcontractors.
• Verification of quantities as per site execution and drawings.
• Preparation of Measurement Book (MB) and reconciliation statements.
• Preparation and verification of quantities from drawings.
• Coordination with internal auditors for quantity checks and approvals.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) as per site requirement and drawings.
• Preparation of monthly look-ahead programs and resource planning.
• Maintaining daily work trackers, productivity reports, and cost analysis.
• Preparing progress reports and MIS reports for management.
• Checking and verification of plumbing works, brickwork, plaster, POP, paint, and other civil activities.
• Conducting quality testing for materials, concrete, and formwork as per project specifications.
• Preparing reports for sample approvals, test results, and material acceptance/rejections.
• Analysis and tracking of stock materials and material consumption.
• Monitoring inventory levels and updating advance material records.
• Ensuring contractors follow safety norms.
• Coordination with clients, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Reviewing architectural and structural drawings and ensuring implementation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and industry standards.
• Proficiency in measurement, billing, and quantity surveying.
• Good understanding of BBS, rate analysis, and material specifications.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to project sites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and engineering tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
