Operations Executive – NBFC (MFI, MSME & Business Loans)

Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad
Experience: 1–2 years
Industry: NBFC / Microfinance / MSME Loans

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle loan file processing, verification, and documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry, KYC validation, and system updates in MIS/Core Lending Software.
• Coordinate disbursements with credit & finance teams and ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines.
• Liaise with branches and field teams for documentation, queries, and operational support.
• Generate MIS reports, highlight bottlenecks, and maintain audit-ready records.
• Resolve customer queries related to disbursement, repayment, and account updates.
• Support process improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround time.

Skills Required:✔ Knowledge of MFI/MSME/Business Loans
✔ Strong documentation & compliance understanding✔ Good coordination, communication, and data management skills
