Job Description

As a Billing Specialist, your role involves preparing and submitting accurate invoices to clients based on project milestones and deliverables. You will review and verify all billing documentation for completeness and accuracy. Tracking project expenses and ensuring they are within budget will be one of your key responsibilities. In case of any billing discrepancies or issues with clients, you will resolve them efficiently. Collaboration with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information for billing purposes is also part of your duties. Maintaining accurate records of all billing-related activities and documentation is crucial. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to billing and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
