Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Site Architect(minimum 8 Years experience) and Draftsman(minimum 5years experience) at Jammu location. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design on a day-to-day basis.

• Excellent in design and presentation skills

• Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges

• Good at site coordination and identify and resolve site challenges proactively.

• Working Drawings and Detailing.

• Good understanding of building services and coordination.

• Versatile in using design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, BIM, Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage

• Able to prepare architectural reports and documents.

• Knowledge of Local bylaws, Desirable should have good communication skill.

• Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions

• Good in multitasking, able to work under extreme pressure

· Experience of working at site
