Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect(7-12 Years experience) at ARCOP Associates Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design on a day-to-day basis.

• Excellent in design and presentation skills

• Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges

• Development of design from preliminary sketch

• Working Drawings and Detailing.

• Good understanding of building services and coordination.

• Versatile in using design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, BIM, Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage

• Able to prepare architectural reports and documents.

• Knowledge of Local bylaws, Desirable should have good communication skill.

• Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions

• Good in multitasking, able to work under extreme pressure

· Good Management and Leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
