Site Admin - FTE Role

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of site administration, ensuring smooth execution of infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee building maintenance, facility management, and security measures to ensure a secure environment.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for various tasks such as electrical works, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of work progress.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by handling correspondence, reports, and other documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in administration work or related field (infrastructure projects).
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations regarding construction sites.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
