Signal Integrity Engineer

As a Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineer at Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for the following: - Utilizing your 5-10 years of relevant SI/PI simulation and characterization experience, with a BS/MS degree or 5 years of experience with a PhD. - Demonstrating deep knowledge in using SI, PI tools such as Ansys HFSS/SIwave, Allegro Sigrity SI/PI, ADS, Hyperlynx, and HSPICE tools. - Showcasing excellent hands-on experience in simulating PCIe Gen4/5/6, Multi Gigabit serial buses of 28/32/56/112Gbps and higher, as well as high-speed memory buses DDRx/LPDDRx. - Conducting electrical/design validation and compliance testing using high-speed scopes, TDR/VNA, and other instruments. - Possessing excellent written and oral communication skills.
