As a Senior/Staff Product Development Engineer at Micron Technology, you will play a vital role in Analog and Digital Simulation Support for Worldwide Product Engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include developing and supporting a Simulation GUI to simplify sim flows, enhancing Product Engineering Simulation Environment for NVE Designs, and creating custom tools for PE supporting the Sim activities. Collaboration with PE and Partner Teams such as Quality, Technology Development, and Design is essential to drive quality, reliability, and speed of learning. Your expertise will contribute to driving improvements in PE Simulation tools, flows, and NVE Designs by providing timely feedback and reports. Additionally, you will engage in the RSC process by analyzing circuitry, running checks, and providing final reports for review by the cross-functional team. In the Digital Sim Support domain, you will be accountable for Verilog Fullchip Environment, developing Verilog GUI, Custom PE Tools, and maintaining CSV. Your role will involve providing support to PE and Partner Teams, developing Testmode and Probe Regressions, and collaborating with the FDV Verilog team to ensure effective Regressions. Training new hires and presenting updates on tools and flows will also be part of your responsibilities. For Analog Sim Support, you will develop, set up, and support Analog GUI and Custom PE Tools for simulations. You will be responsible for Analog Full Chip Environment and providing support to PE, Partner Teams, and cross-functional teams. Development, running, debugging, and reporting Testmode Electrical Validation for Reliability (TMEV) for all Designs will also be in your purview. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields with a minimum of 6-8+ years of industry experience. Coursework in VLSI, semiconductor process, and semiconductor device physics is preferred.
