Business Development Manager (BDM)


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities with

    SIs.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive engagement and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue/margin targets.
  • Track market trends and competitor insights to enhance business strategies.


Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in

    US Staffing Business Development / Account Management

    .
  • Strong network and working experience with

    SI.

  • Excellent knowledge of

    US staffing processes, compliance, and workforce solutions

    .
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
