Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage shutdowns for oil & gas, Cement and petrochemical plants to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with various departments (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) for shutdown planning and execution.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during shutdowns by conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures.
Develop detailed shutdown plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to execute planned maintenance activities during shutdown periods.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-10 years of experience in Boiler Shutdown Management or related field.
Strong understanding of boiler operations, maintenance schedules, and shutdown procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data from various sources to optimize plant performance during shutdowns.
