 Showroom Sales Manager (Interior Design / Modular Furniture industry)   Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager, Location: Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Industry - Interior Design / Modular Furniture / Home Décor Department: Sales, Reports to: Director, Experience: 5 - 7years, Gender: Male/ Female, Company Name: Vizous Interio Pvt. Ltd.   Job Summary:   We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead our retail showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture or interior product sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience..     Key Responsibilities:   Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom including staff supervision, customer handling, and visual merchandising. Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets. Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable interior/furniture solutions. Prepare quotations with coronation with design team, follow up with clients, and close deals. Train, motivate, and monitor showroom sales staff performance. Maintain showroom cleanliness, stock levels, and product displays. Coordinate with the design and production team for customized orders. Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Ensure timely invoicing and coordinate with accounts for billing and payments. Keep track of competitor offerings and market trends to stay Qualifications:   Bachelor’s / Master degree in Business administration , Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. Proven track record of 5 – 7 years in showroom sales, preferably in interiors or modular furniture. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools. Good knowledge of modular furniture materials, hardware, production techniques, and installation practices. Skill: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage a team and deliver under pressure Preferred:   Knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and home furnishing products. Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and BOQ understanding is a plus. Experience with interior designers, architects, or project-based sales are an advantage.
