Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and outside sales, with a focus on lighting sales and layout design. This role requires an individual who can effectively negotiate, upsell products, and understand retail math to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in lighting sales.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting new clients and following up on leads.
  • Utilize layout design skills to create appealing presentations that showcase products effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in product offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the lighting industry or related fields.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with layout design principles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze retail math for effective pricing strategies and inventory management.
  • A proactive approach to selling, with a focus on upselling products to enhance customer value.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to achieve sales targets.
