Maintaining the visual display, cleanliness, and ambience of the luxurious showroom as per company standards.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinating with internal teams for inventory, product availability, and timely order fulfillment.
Keeping updated with new product launches, features, and technical specifications.
Preparing sales reports and sharing daily/weekly updates with the reporting manager.
Following company protocols, grooming standards, and maintaining a professional brand image.
Attending to walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting suitable products from the luxury range.
