Showroom Sales Executive

As a friendly and customer-focused female showroom sales executive (part-time) member, your role will involve greeting and welcoming customers warmly, providing information about products, demonstrating product details and usage, handling inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining a visually appealing showroom display, supporting daily showroom operations, and following up with customers on inquiries and after-sales service. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom. - Assist customers by providing information about products, prices, and features. - Demonstrate and explain product details, benefits, and usage. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. - Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom display. - Support daily showroom operations, including stock management and inventory updates. - Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and after-sales service. Qualifications Required: - Education: High School / Intermediate / Diploma. Fresh graduates or college students are welcome to apply. - Experience: Freshers welcome (training will be provided). - Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude, presentable appearance, basic computer knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
