Job Description

Role Overview: As a Showroom Sales Executive at myG, you will be responsible for showcasing products to customers at the showroom. Your primary role will be to interact with customers, provide product information, and deliver exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate general product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions - Utilize your excellent communication skills to engage with customers and address their queries effectively - Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a customer-centric approach Qualification Required: - Candidates with good communication skills and a positive attitude are preferred - Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage, but freshers are also considered for this role Additional Details: myG is a well-established retail company with future stores located at Kattappana and Thodupuzha in Idukki. The company offers a competitive salary range of 12000 - 15000 per month for this full-time, permanent position. In addition to a rewarding work environment, myG provides benefits such as health insurance and provident fund for its employees. Note: This position requires in-person work at the designated showroom location.,
