Showroom Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of a jewellery showroom to ensure seamless retail management and exceptional customer service. Your duties will include managing store operations, inventory control, team leadership, and driving sales growth while upholding high standards of professionalism and brand reputation. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and monitoring store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall ambience to enhance the customer experience. You will also be tasked with maintaining knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and market demand, ensuring accurate pricing, stock replenishment, and effective product display strategies. In addition, you will play a crucial role in setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring customer preferences and market trends, training and motivating sales staff, and handling escalated customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction. Building strong relationships with VIP customers and enhancing customer retention programs will also be a key aspect of your role. As a leader, you will recruit, train, and manage showroom staff, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to drive high performance and productivity. Developing incentive programs and ensuring team motivation will be essential in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring sales figures, operating costs, and profitability metrics, ensuring efficient cash handling and adherence to financial protocols, and collaborating with the finance team to track expenses and control operational costs.
