As the Showroom Manager, your role involves overseeing the daily operations of the showroom to ensure a smooth functioning environment. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing opening and closing procedures while maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming showroom for customers. - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. - Building and nurturing professional relationships with vendors, customers, and clients. - Monitoring and managing the showroom's monthly budget and expenses for financial efficiency. - Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork. - Having a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. - Providing regular performance reports on showroom operations to management. - Updating the Head of Department (HOD) or Director on work progress daily. - Undertaking any additional tasks assigned related to the role. Qualifications required for this position: - Prior experience in showroom management or retail operations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - 3-4 years of relevant experience. - MBA in Sales/Marketing. - Female candidates only. The work schedule is on a day shift with a performance bonus incentive. The work location is in person.
