Position: Showroom Manager

Location: Trivandrum

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 8 to 12 years in customer service (Automobile Industry)

Salary: 15 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all showroom operations, including vehicle sales, customer service, and team management
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets (retail, accessories, finance, insurance, etc.)
• Monitor showroom footfall and convert leads into successful sales
• Conduct daily briefings and weekly reviews with the sales team
• Submit sales MIS and reports to higher management on time
• Train new team members and ensure compliance with processes and customer protocols

Key Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Target-oriented and result-driven mind-set
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and showroom operations
• Customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
