Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Showroom Manager at Living Art Interiors in Bengaluru. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales activities, and maintaining the showroom’s visual presentation. The incumbent will interact with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction while working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote our luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
• Sales and Showroom management experience
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the luxury furniture industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
