Showroom Manager - Gold & Diamond Showroom

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service:
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery, providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Store Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the showroom, including opening/closing, managing inventory, and cash handling.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:

• Support the Showroom Manager in leading, mentoring, and training the sales team.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Inventory Management:

• Manage stock levels and ensure proper display of jewellery pieces.
• Conduct stock audits and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to address stock-related issues.

Marketing & Promotions:

• Assist in executing promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, and special events.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings.

Customer Relations:

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Ensure all customer transactions are recorded and reported accurately.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree , retail management, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, metals, and market trends is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
