Sales Executive – Diamond Showroom (Sales cum Drive)

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Sales:

• Assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery and explain product features, quality, and pricing
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service
• Handle billing, documentation, and follow-up with customers

Sales Drives & Promotions:

• Participate in outdoor sales drives, exhibitions, mall activations, and events
• Generate leads through local marketing and promotional activities
• Support customer walk-ins during special campaigns and festivals

Customer Engagement:

• Maintain customer data and support follow-ups for repeat sales
• Resolve basic customer queries and ensure post-sales satisfaction

Operational Support:

• Follow showroom SOPs, security, and inventory handling procedures
• Support visual merchandising and display maintenance
