Inventory Audit - Jewellery showroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct inventory audits across showrooms / warehouses / branches
• Perform physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
• Identify stock variances, shortages, excess, and damages
• Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and SOPs
• Monitor movement of inventory and validate documentation
• Coordinate with store managers, warehouse teams, and finance
• Investigate discrepancies and support root cause analysis
• Support implementation of process improvements and internal controls
• Assist during internal and external audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Degree
• 5–8 years of experience in inventory audit / stock audit
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and audit procedures
• Experience in jewelry inventory audits is an advantage
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Willingness to travel extensively
