Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding handover. Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
