Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shopify Developer – Team Lead with over 4 years of hands-on experience in Shopify, PHP, WordPress, and custom development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven experience in team leadership, and a deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions on Shopify and other platforms.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores, themes, and apps.
• Implement custom coding solutions across Shopify, PHP, and WordPress platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to integrate designs with Shopify themes.
• Participate in requirements analysis, planning, and estimation of tasks.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to SDLC processes and Agile best practices.
• Manage project timelines and communicate project updates using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Review code and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain performance and security.Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with SEO, performance optimization, and website security.
• Knowledge of deployment, hosting environments, and domain management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Shopify development including Liquid templating, theme customization, and app integration.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, WordPress, and custom code development.
• Proven track record of team leadership and project delivery.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
