Shopify SEO Specialist

Overall Objective:

· Drive organic traffic to the Shopify store by optimizing the online store for search engines.

· Increase website visibility and ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs).

· Improve user experience and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

· Shopify Store Management:

· Configure and manage Shopify store settings, including themes, navigation, and product listings.

· Ensure the store is optimized for search engine crawling and indexing.

· SEO Strategy & Implementation:

· Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for the store and its products.

· Optimize website content, including product descriptions, page titles, meta descriptions, and image alt text.

· Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search rankings.

· Develop and execute content marketing strategies to build authority and attract backlinks.

· Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.

· Technical SEO:

· Conduct website audits to identify technical SEO issues.

· Implement technical SEO improvements to improve website speed, crawlability, and indexability.

· Link Building & Authority:

· Develop and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant websites.

· Content Optimization:

· Create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with user search intent.

· Ensure content is well-structured, easy to read, and engaging for users.

· Analytics & Reporting:

· Track website traffic, search rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize SEO strategies.

· Provide regular reports on SEO performance to stakeholders.

· Collaboration:

· Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, sales, and development, to achieve business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

· Familiarity with Shopify platform and its SEO features.

· Experience with keyword research tools and techniques.

· Proficiency in on-page and off-page SEO optimization.

· Knowledge of website analytics and reporting tools.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Experience with content marketing and social media marketing.

· Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,014.06 - ₹44,856.07 per month
